There was a time when my story felt defined by one chapter of my life.
I want my journey to send a message to people who have experienced trauma, domestic violence and violence in general: your life does not have to be defined by your past. There is strength in surviving and there is power in starting again.
If my story shows anything, it's that even after the hardest chapters and the darkest days, it is still possible to create something better. My life story is about showing that healing, growth and a new beginning are real.
